Description

These are three late 18th-century terraced houses, now of three storeys, on Exeter Street. They are built of painted brick with a steep, hipped roof covered in old tile. Number 105 has one flat-roofed dormer window, while the others have two dormers one above the other; the upper dormer at number 105 is a small single light. Tall red brick stacks are present.

The facades are symmetrical, each with two windows. The windows are recessed sash windows with intact glazing bars, set within flat brick arches on the upper floors. The ground floor has a similar window in each of numbers 105 and 106. A plain double mid-19th century shop front is located at number 107, with pilasters flanking, a fascia, and a blind case. The entrance to number 105 has been blocked and moved to a passage. Number 106 has a mid-19th century door of four flush panels and a rectangular fanlight, set within a pilaster case.

Numbers 99 to 112 form a group.
