Description

This is an early 19th-century detached house. It is constructed of dressed limestone with a double Roman tiled roof, topped with a ceramic ridge cresting, and has brick stacks to the rear. The house is three stories high and has a two-window front. A central gabled porch shelters the front door, which features six fielded panels. There are 12-pane sashes on either side of the door. A plat band runs across the first floor, and sashes flank a central blind sash. A second plat band sits above, with a pair of sashes in the centre. The left return side of the property has 20th-century casement windows. A rear gabled two-story wing extends from the main building.
