Description
The building to the north-west of Westcroft is an apparently early 18th century structure made of small dressed and coursed rubble, featuring large flush quoins and a pantile roof. It has two storeys and three two-light casement windows on the first floor set in recessed frames. The ground floor has two windows with segmental heads; one is a cross window with beaded inner edges, while the other is similar but partially blocked. There is one highly cambered lintel and one straight lintel to the right. The left side shows brick repairs with a ground floor window and a doorway leading to the first floor. A later lean-to has been added at the rear. This building, along with the stable block to Westcroft, the building to the north-west, the wall, and Nos 1 and 2 Waldron's Square, form a group with the listed buildings on the north side of the Conigre.
