Description
25 Conigre is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It is constructed of brick with a stone plinth and features stone bands at the first and second floor levels, along with flush stone quoins on the right side. The upper floors have one sash window with four panes on the left and another with three panes on the right. On the ground floor, there is a four-pane sash window to the left and a six-panel door to the right, which is topped by an arched fanlight in an oval shape within a stone architrave that includes a key block. The roof is covered with double Roman tiles and has a catslide at the rear, along with two chimneys positioned off the ridge. No 25 is the last remaining building of a former terrace that featured ramped bands. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the north side of Conigre, which includes West Croft and Nos 1 and 2 Waldron's Square in British Row.
