Description

44 Kingsbury Street is a 18th-century former public house known as the Bell and Shoulder. The building is constructed of chequered brick and stands three storeys tall. It features string courses at the first and second floors, and an old tiled roof. The upper floors have four windows, which are set in segmental arches. The ground floor has been significantly altered, while the upper floors are crudely rendered. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 40 to 48A on Kingsbury Street, as well as Nos 1, 2, 4 to 11 opposite, and Nos 1, 17, and 18 Silverless Street.
