Description
Crowhill Farmhouse is a late 17th and late 18th century farmhouse. The front range is built of painted rubble stone with brick dressings, and has a thatched, pyramid-shaped roof with end stacks. A timber-framed rear wing is present, also with a thatched roof and a hipped gable. The farmhouse is two storeys high. The front facade has cambered-head casement windows, two on each floor, and a central cambered-head doorway within a gabled porch. The ground floor casement window on the left has been replaced with a 16-pane sash window. The rear wing features thin timber framing with angle braces and a two-window range of casement windows.
