Description
The entrance gates and piers to the village cemetery, located at the north-west angle of the cemetery, date from the 19th century and are made of cast iron. They feature two openwork piers adorned with Greek-revival motifs, including anthemion and laurel wreath designs. The iron gates are flanked by iron rails that curve back to rusticated ashlar piers topped with ridge caps. The cemetery itself was established in 1858.
