The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range of small-paned casements with cambered heads, including a pair of windows in the centre on the first floor and a triple window arrangement on each side. The entrance is marked by a six-panel door set within a painted ashlar Roman Doric pilastered open-pedimented doorcase, which has a flush moulded door surround. There is a lean-to addition at the north end and a parallel range at the rear.
