Description
Bridge House is a house dating from the mid-18th century and the 19th century. It features English bond brickwork that has been extended in Flemish bond and is topped with a thatched roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with two bays positioned at right angles to the road. The entrance includes a six-panelled door set within a 20th-century porch. There is a plat band, and paired eight-paned sash windows with segmental-headed openings, while a 16-paned window is located above the porch. The right bay appears to be a rebuild or an addition, featuring a cogged plat band and matching windows. The house has gable stacks, a lean-to outbuilding on the right, and a single-storey rear service wing on the left.
