Description
Greystones is a semi-detached house built around 1700. It features dressed limestone and a concrete tiled roof, which has a hip on the left side and a coped verge with a brick stack on the right. The house has a gable end facing the road and is two stories high with three windows. The central entrance consists of a planked door with a transom light above it. To the left of the door is a 20th-century three-light mullioned casement window, and to the right is a three-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement window. On the first floor, there is a 20th-century three-light mullioned casement window to the left, while the right side retains original two-light and three-light mullioned casement windows. The left side of the house has a 24-pane sash window on the ground floor and a three-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement window on the first floor. Attached to the right side is a single-story extension with a two-light mullioned casement window. The interior was not accessible during the survey conducted in January 1986.
