Description

No 1 on St Ann Street is an 18th-century building featuring two storeys and an attic. It is constructed of colour-washed brick and has an old tile roof. The building includes two dormer casements and two casements on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is one altered three-light casement, along with a six-panel door that has a four-paned rectangular fanlight above it, topped with a small moulded hood. No 1 and No 3 form a group with Nos 2 to 18 (even).
