Description

This is an 18th-century barn located to the northwest of Fowswick Farmhouse. It is constructed from rubble stone and features a half-hipped roof made of concrete tiles. The barn has flush quoins and a half-hipped projecting cart entry on the east side, which is off-centre to the overall structure but central to the seven-bay main barn. There are dove openings in the gable and a plain rear cart entry. The interior includes a tie-beam double purlin roof. Lean-to additions are present on both the left and right sides of the front entry. The barn is listed for its group value.
