CORSHAM CHURCH SQUARE ST 8770 5/84 Morgan monument in churchyard about 7m south of south-east angle of Church of St. Bartholomew GV II

Chest tomb, c1845, Welsh slate with single slab sides and ridged capstone. Sides have beaded angles and framed plaque with fine incised lettering. Inscriptions to Fanny Morgan, died 1841, and Morgan Morgan, died 1843. Unusual complete chest tomb in slate slabs.
