Description
No. 143 Westbury Leigh is a former 17th century cottage that has been extended to the north and south, connecting to No. 145. The building is two storeys high and features a timber frame with a pebbledash finish. It has an angled front that faces northwest and west. The windows have been modernized, dating from the early 20th century, and include colored upper lights in large three-light casements, except for the far-right window. There is one range of windows each to the left and center, and a range of 19th century casements to the right. To the left of the west front, there is a six-panel door with glazed upper panels and a plain hood, while a plain ledged second door is located to the right. The roof is covered with pantiles and features a large off-ridge stack at the center of the west-facing part, along with a smaller gable end stack on the other section. The interior has been significantly altered.
