Description

Flint Cottage is a semi-detached cottage dating from the late 17th century. It features a chequered design of flint and limestone with a thatched roof that has a hip on the right side. The building is two stories high and has two windows. On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century plastic-framed door on the right and a three-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement window on the left. The first floor contains a three-light mullioned casement window and another plastic-framed window. The right side of the cottage is windowless and has light timber-framing in the gable. At the rear, there is a 20th-century single-storey extension with a flat roof. The interior has not been inspected.
