Description

The gate piers and gates at No 24, known as Weir House, date from the early 19th century. They feature monolithic limestone square piers topped with moulded weathered cappings, and the name "WEIR HOUSE" is inscribed on the front of the piers. The gates are made of cast iron, designed as double gates with spearhead decorations, and there is a single pedestrian gate located to the right.
