Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 17th century, with alterations and additions made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building features coursed rubble that is rendered on the south side, timber lintels, and stone slate roofs, which include one ridge rebuilt stone stack and an additional end stone stack. It has a T-shaped plan, with the 17th-century range set at right angles to the road and a rear cross wing from the early 20th century. The two-storey south front has an advanced wing to the right and scattered casement windows. There is one hipped dormer with a 2-light casement. A gabled porch is located at the roadside gable end, featuring a plank door. Inside, there is a large inglenook fireplace and chamfered beams in the ground floor room to the left.
