Description
The outbuilding at Rockley Manor is a 18th-century brewhouse that has since been repurposed. It is constructed of brick and features a tiled roof. The building is square in shape with tall brick walls. There is a boarded door located in the corner facing the main house, and three lancet windows are positioned on the east side. The roof is pyramidal and sprocketed, topped with a wooden cross. Inside, the building has a high ceiling supported at three angles and a stack on the north side with a pointed arch opening. In the 19th century, this structure was converted for use as a Roman Catholic chapel.
