Description
Nos 12 to 16 on St Ann Street are a pair of buildings dating from the 16th or 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th century. They are two storeys tall and constructed of red brick, topped with an old tile roof featuring a gable end. No 12 has a half-hipped gable facing the street and includes one flush framed sash window on each floor, along with a panelled door. Nos 14 and 16 were originally one cottage and have three light casement windows. No 14 features a tripartite small sash window on the ground floor and panelled shutters on the first-floor window, as well as a six-panel door. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 1 and 3, Friary Court, Craddock House, the Old Bell Inn, and St Anne's Garage on Exeter Street.
