Description

Meadow Cottage is an 18th-century house constructed of rendered chalk rubble and has a thatched roof. The roof is hipped at both the west and east ends, with a stack present at the east end. The house has one and a half storeys. The upper floor has two casement windows set under eyebrows. On the ground floor, there are two 20th-century casement windows, and a central door within a 20th-century enclosed porch with a thatched roof. The upper floor windows retain their original iron opening lights. A casement window is also present on the rear upper floor, and a casement window pair on the rear ground floor. A 20th-century addition extends from the east side of the house.
