Nos 17 to 21 Kingsbury Street are a row of cottages dating from the 18th century to early 19th century. They are constructed of chequered brick and feature a pitched tile roof with brick stacks. The buildings are two storeys high and have an oversailing course at the eaves. Each cottage has one range of casement windows with glazing bars, although No 18 has an additional window on the first floor. Each cottage has a planked door with a gabled hood supported by scroll-shaped brackets, and No 17 includes a small porch. Each door is accessed by three ashlar steps.
