Description

The garden walls, rails, and gatepiers to No 28 on Stallard Street date from the early 19th century. They feature cast iron rails above a garden wall that faces the street, adorned with floral heads and dog rails. The stone flanking piers are topped with cast iron vases. The central gatepiers have square cast iron standards that include panels of scroll work, also capped by vases. Together with Nos 28 to 35 (consecutive) on St George's Terrace, these elements form a cohesive group.
