Description

The Old Wool House is a house from the early 19th century, constructed of ashlar stone with a stone-tiled mansard roof. It features a coped gable at the east end and a stack on the east end wall. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has one window range. There is a moulded eaves cornice. The attic has a pair of casement windows, while the first floor has a 12-pane sash window. Below, there is a platband and a large 20th-century bay window with a tripartite sash consisting of 8/16/8 panes, located to the right of a fielded 7-panel door set in a stone doorcase, which is topped with a hood supported by brackets.
