Description

The boundary post located on the south side of the drive to Guernsey Farm dates from around 1840. It is a cast iron T-shaped post featuring a low pedimented top and raised lettering on the front. The right arm displays the word "KNOOK," while the left arm shows "UPTON LOVELL." This post is part of a series of boundary posts and mileposts created by the Warminster iron founders, Carson and Miller.
