GV II

House. Second half of C18, altered C19 and C20. Front of cream brick in Flemish bond with ashlar dressings, otherwise red brick in irregular Flemish bond, rendered at rear. Welsh slate roof. Trapezoidal on plan having narrower rear elevation. 2 storeys with attic, 2 bays at front, 1 bay at rear. Road front: plinth; quoins. Entrance to right of centre with ashlar doorcase having pilasters with plinths and capitals supporting cornice; door of 4 raised and fielded panels with overlight; small inserted window to right. Late C20 aluminium-framed casements (imitating 4-pane sashes) to left and on 1st floor all with projecting sills and keyed wedge lintels. Cornice below coped parapet. Roof hipped on right with central flat-roofed dormer, two end stacks to left (one to each roof pitch) and crested ridge tiles. Rear: keyed wedge lintel to 1st floor window; C20 dormer. Interior not inspected.
