Description
Cutteridge Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1700. It is built of coursed rubble stone and features a stone slate hipped roof with brick stacks at the rear. The building is two storeys high and has five windows across its front. The entrance consists of a four-panelled door with a flat stone hood supported by brackets, located to the left of the centre. To the right of the entrance, there is another door, also with a flat stone hood, which is concealed by ivy. To the right of this door, there is a 2-light mullioned casement window. Above, on the first floor, there are five 2-light mullioned casements, and two hipped dormers with 2-light casements in the attic. The right side of the farmhouse has an attached lean-to extension with 2-light casements, while the left side features a blocked doorway. At the rear, there is a two-storey gabled wing and additional mullioned casements. The interior was not accessible during the survey in July 1986.
