Cottage, C17, colourwashed brick and timber framing. Hipped thatched roof with raised dormers, 1 storey and attic. 3 bay lobby entry with hipped extension to left. Gable stack and axial stack between bays 2 and 3. C20 brick extension to rear. Timber casement windows and timber lintels. Thatched porch over service entry in left extension. Timber framing exposed in right end bay only, 2 panels high. Interior not seen.
