Description
The Old Rectory is a 19th-century rectory that has been converted into a house. It is constructed from ashlar limestone with a brick gable facing the road. The building features a stone slate roof with dormers. Inside, there is a central hall with flanking reception rooms, a cross wing to the right, and a rear wing. The exterior includes crenellated canted bays with stone mullions and Tudor arch lights that contain cast iron casements. The central porch is also crenellated and has angle buttresses that rise as towers. On the first floor, there are one and two-light windows with labels, and a three-light window in the cross wing. Additionally, there is a roundel in the gable of the cross wing that features mouchettes.
