Description

Number 8, including the railings in front, is an 18th-century building that was re-roofed in the 19th century. The exterior is rendered and features a pitched slate roof with a catslide at the rear. It has a tall brick stack and stands two storeys high. The building has two ranges of casement windows and a part-glazed modern door set in a moulded surround, which is topped by a flat hood supported by cut brackets. The property is complemented by iron railings and gates that have spearhead finials. Numbers 8 to 16 in this row form a cohesive group.
