This is a 13th-century building on The Green, South Side. It is a two-story building with a stucco exterior and a string course marking the first floor. It has a slate roof and two windows. The front features a six-panel door with a Doric porch and a recessed panel above the door. Nos. 8 to 16 on the Green form a group.
