Description

The Packhorse Bridge is an 18th-century bridge that spans Byde Brook. It is constructed of rubble stone and features a humpbacked design with an ashlar parapet. The bridge has two small arches that are lined with ashlar stone. There is a projecting band located beneath the parapet. The bridge is marked as Dummer's Dridge on the Tithe Map.
