Description

The Hermitage’s 18th-century stables and coach house are constructed of red brick with some grey headers, and have an old tile roof; the stables section has a pitched roof, while the coach house has a hipped roof. The stables feature a brick cornice with modillion details. The east-facing elevation of the stables has four casement windows, with the left-hand window containing vertical iron bars, and one planked trap door. The coach house has one planked double door and a modern garage door with a loft door above.
