Description

Park House is a late 17th-century building that has been altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of dressed limestone and features a shingled roof with brick stacks. The house is designed in an L-plan and is two storeys high with a three-window front. On the ground floor, there are two 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned casements and one single-light casement. The first floor has three 2-light mullioned casements. To the right, there is a single-storey wing that includes a 20th-century door and three 2-light mullioned casements, some of which have been partly renewed, along with one in a blocked doorway and two 20th-century attic dormers. The right side of the building has three 2-light mullioned casements. The rear of the wing features mullioned casements and 20th-century dormers. The interior was not accessible during the survey in February 1986. The building is incorrectly marked as Dennis's Farm on the Ordnance Survey map.
