Description
The building at 76 and 77 Exeter Street dates to the 18th century. It is a two-storey and attic structure constructed of brick, with horizontal strings defining the ground and first floor window levels. The roof is covered in old tiles and features three hipped dormers. The first floor has four windows with architrave frames and key blocks; the windows on the right-hand side lack glazing bars. The ground floor presents three similar windows without glazing bars, and two six-panel doors recessed within arched openings. These doorways are framed by architraves, doorcases featuring narrow pilasters and cut brackets, a broken cornice, and open pediments, all topped with interlacing curved fanlights.
