UPAVON - SU 15 NW 2/140 Unidentified monument in graveyard, 10m north-west of north-west end of chancel, Church of St. Mary GV II Chest tomb, C18. Limestone. Moulded table and base concealed. Two raised side shields defined by fluted pilasters. Inscription illegible.
