Description
Keevil Methodist Chapel, built in 1833 with a schoolroom added in the late 19th century, is a Methodist chapel located on the north side of Keevil Main Street. The building is constructed of Flemish bond brick and features a hipped Welsh slate roof on the main range, while the schoolroom has a steeper gabled roof facing the road. The chapel includes two triple lancet windows, and the schoolroom has triple stepped lancets on its gable end. A planked door is situated in a porch between the two sections of the building. The front of the property is enclosed by spearhead cast iron railings, which are attached to limestone gate piers and a gate with a plain throwover.
