Description
These are two early to mid-18th century houses located on Victoria Road in Warminster, that have been altered over time. Number 66 is a later addition, distinguished by its brick quoins. The houses are constructed of coursed and squared rubble, with ivy cladding on the exterior of number 64. Number 64 retains a moulded dripstone above the ground floor. Number 64 has two ranges of three-light casement windows; the first-floor windows have been altered, while the ground-floor windows retain cavetto mullions. Number 66 has two first-floor and one ground-floor casement windows, all altered. Number 64 features chamfered jambs to its low, central doorway, which has a lintel with faded lettering reading "RTAB over 1721". The doorway has projecting brackets for a later flat hood, and a modern door. Number 66 is similarly adorned with a hood and a modern door. The roofs are double Roman tile, topped with two brick ridge chimneys.
