Description
The Cock Inn is an 18th-century building located on the south side of West Street in Warminster. It is two storeys high and constructed from colour-washed rubble, featuring two different building phases. The left side has brick quoins, while the right side has ashlar quoins.
On the first floor, there are a variety of windows including a two-light casement and a three-light casement, along with two additional two-light casements. The ground floor has outer two-light and inner three-light casements, although the openings to the right of centre have been altered. The entrance features modern panelled doors with a projecting hood, and ornamental signs have been removed. The roof is covered with Marley tiles, with a part catslide at the rear. Additionally, there is a central two-storey half-hipped gable extension at the back.
