Description
The north screen to the topiary garden at Avebury Manor is an 18th-century structure. It features a brick wall topped with stone coping that supports iron railings and gates, located on the north side of the topiary garden between the house and the west end. The screen includes elaborate gates at each end, which have crested overthrows, scrolled side and central panels, and dog rails. The railings of the screen are adorned with scrolled panels at intervals, each topped with small cresting.
