Description
The walls forming three sides of the rose garden, located southeast of Avebury Manor, date from the 18th century. They are primarily made of sarsen stone, with the south wall constructed of brick resting on sarsen footings. The western wall features tile coping and stone ridges, while the north wall has stone weathered coping and includes a central brick recess designed for a seat. The fourth side of the garden is bordered by the churchyard wall.
