Description
Nos. 25 and 26 Harford Street, along with No. 10 Clark’s Place, form the terminating end of an “H”-shaped block comprised of Nos. 4-10 Clark’s Place and Nos. 25 and 26 Harford Street. This is a mid-19th century villa of two storeys and three windows. The centre first-floor windows are blind, displaying a sash rebate, with a small, multi-pane sash window positioned below, set between plain doorways. The building is constructed of ashlar, featuring a plinth, a band above the ground floor, gutter brackets, a weathered coping to the verges, and shaped footstones. It has a slate roof. Nos. 1 to 34 (consec) form a group, while Nos. 27 to 34 (consec) are of local interest.
