Description
21 Yerbury Street is a terraced house dating from the early to mid-19th century, part of a row that includes Nos 19 and 20. The building has two storeys and features two windows with glazing bar sashes. It is constructed of red brick, showcasing gauged brick flat arches and an arched doorway to the right. The entrance includes a four-panel door, where the lower two panels are flush reeded and the upper two are long with mouldings along the edges. Above the door is a panelled lintel and an elaborate fanlight with marginal glazing and a central oval section designed for a lamp. The house has wooden gutter brackets, a double ridge, a slate roof, and brick chimneys. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 4 to 14 and the wall to the southeast of No 14, as well as Nos 17 to 21, with Nos 17 to 20 being of local interest.
