Description
Park View consists of a pair of cottages dated 1727, with alterations made in the 19th century. They are built of painted brick and feature a pantiled eaves roof with end stacks. Each cottage is two storeys tall and has a double front, with two pairs of casement windows on each floor and a central door that is sheltered by a gabled tiled hood. The first-floor windows are adorned with small gables above them. There is a lean-to at each end of the cottages. No 3 displays a date plaque reading "RCP 1727." The brickwork in Flemish bond indicates that No 3 may have been raised, while No 4 was likely added later.
