Description

The Mompessan monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard approximately 13 metres southwest of the tower of the Church of the Holy Trinity. It dates from the late 17th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a cyma table, although the base is buried. It has a plain chest design and bears an inscription on the north face commemorating John Mompessan, who died in 1696.
