Description

Woodford Bridge is a road bridge over the River Avon, built in 1824. It features brick construction arranged in curved courses, with stone cutwaters and copings at road level. The bridge is adorned with 19th-century wrought iron railings that have vase terminals attached to stanchions, along with terminal stone piers on both sides. It has three segmental arches that include flush blue brick strings. The arch on the west side has been rebuilt and is located in Woodford civil parish.
