Description

Ebor Cottage is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed, squared limestone with coursed rubble sides and features ashlar gable stacks topped with a slate roof. The building has a single-depth plan and an additional rear service outshut. It stands two storeys tall and has a three-window range. The front is double-fronted, adorned with a cornice and blocking course, coped gables, and a deep canted ashlar porch that contains a four-panel door. The windows are 6/6-pane sashes, with the area above the porch being blocked. At the rear, there is a single-storey outshut. The interior has not been inspected.
