Description

The Barnes monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, 8.5 meters north-east of the chancel of the Church of All Saints. It dates from the 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a corniced table with an architrave and a moulded base, along with recessed end scrolls. The sides of the tomb have two fielded panels. It commemorates Elizabeth, the wife of John Barnes, although the date of her death is illegible.
