Description
The Glebe House is a detached cottage dating from around 1700. It is built of English garden wall bond brick with stone quoins and features a tiled roof with coped verges and gable end brick stacks. The gable end faces the road. The cottage is two storeys high with a three-window east front. The central feature is a pair of French windows, flanked by two-light recessed chamfered mullioned casements on either side. There is a stone plat band at the first floor level, which has three two-light mullioned casements. To the right side, there is a brick lean-to extension. The left return has a single-light casement on the ground floor. The rear of the house is constructed of rubble stone and includes a tiled verandah supported by wooden posts, with a two-light casement on the first floor.
