Description
Two monuments are located between 14 and 17 meters east of the chancel of the Church of St Mary, St Katherine and All Saints. These are two chest tombs, dating from the 18th century and early 19th century, with the latter dedicated to Ann Humphries, who died in 1810. Both tombs are made of limestone. The Humphries tomb features a large fielded panel with flanking pilasters and quarter balusters at the corners, topped with a cornice and a flat top. The 18th-century tomb to the north has two shield-shaped fielded panels, pilasters, and a flat top, although its inscription is illegible.
