Description

The telephone kiosk in Brixton Deverill, designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, is a Grade II listed structure. It is made of cast iron and has a square plan with a domed roof. The top panels feature unperforated crowns, and the windows and door have margin glazing bars. This kiosk is notable for its visual group value alongside several listed buildings in the area. It is located within a conservation area and the Cranbourne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
